I have never in my entire life experienced such awful service or should I say lack of there was a mistake on my order yesterday and I immediately began trying to reach someone tried online chat 7 times on multiple devices only to be booted after waiting 20 min each time called and waited 20 min only to hear the automated system say it wasn t over 30 min wait even still I waited at 38 min was then given a sixty min wait time emailed as well as sent messages to fb and guess what haven t gotten in touch with a single person I don t even want my items after knowing this is how you run your company it is completely unacceptable to not be a able to reach a single associate over multiple platforms and hours of actively trying shame on you I want my money back. I just want to say a big thank you to your company you have really gone out of your way to make me feel like a valued customer allow me to explain I had purchased from your huge blowout sale back at least a month or so ago and had purchased a fairly decent amount of product by the time you were to my order for packing a few things had sold out you sent me an email letting me know and that I had been refunded for those items a few days later I receive my shipping notice and another email stating I had been refunded I was confused as my order had already shipped to my surprise for the delay of my order being sent out you refunded my entire order and still shipped me the products I was floored and couldn't believe that your company had done this I was already a fairly dedicated e l f customer but now knew I would be for a long time coming today I check my mail and have another package from your company extremely confused because I knew I had not had a chance to order recently I open it up to find this full size nourishing night cream along with a so sorry postcard picture will be in comments apologizing for my previous package being delayed I needed to share what top notch customer service you have and that I know for certain I will be a lifelong e l f customer thank you so much for going above and beyondOriginal 75 Years of Eric Clapton thank you for your music signature shirt Original 75 Years of Eric Clapton thank you for your music signature shirt
